(II) Premium Plan – Ksh. 10,000 – Includes 4 Initial Concepts Included, 3 Days Delivery, Unlimited Revisions, Logo Transparency, High Resolution, Source File, Senior Designers, Letterhead Included, Social Media Kit, Stationery Design, Vector/Source File in PSD Format, Full copyright ownership, Top priority support, Satisfaction guarantee.

How much does it cost to register a company?
Limited Company registration cost varies depending on your needs. We currently offer two (2) package plans as shown below;
1. Lite Plan – Includes Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Article of Association only – Ksh. 20,000.
2. Premium Plan – Includes Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Article of Association, Company KRA PIN, CR12 Letter, Web Design, Web Hosting, Domain Name, Logo & Business Card Design – Ksh. 40,000.
How long does it take to finish company registration?
Name search – up to 2 working days (Subject to Company Registry workload and working days)
Signing & Submission of Memorandum & other documents – 1-2 working days
Review Stage – up to 5 working days
Approval Stage – up to 2 working days (Subject to Company Registry workload and working days)
Certificate of Incorporation – up to 4 working days
The total estimate of the registration process is around 10 working days (2 weeks) or less.
This all depends on requirements being availed on time by the customer, signed documents received on time from customer and Company Registry processing speed and workload.
What files do I need?
If you need files for digital use then you need JPG, GIF or PNG files in RGB color mode. If you’re getting designs printed then you’ll need PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign files in CMYK color mode.
Where are my design files stored?
All your design files are conveniently and securely stored in your Dealpoa Membership Dashboard available for download anytime.
What is vector or source file? is there any difference?
The vector file or source file is an editable and resizable file. It’s usually deliver as .ai, .eps, .svg or .psd. If you order vector file you’ll get only the .ai or .eps or .svg. If you order source file you’ll get all of the 3 + .psd file. There’s no difference, unless the variety of files.
Why do I need vector or source file?
There are many answers you can find through google actually but there is simple analogy you can easily to understand; having a vector file or source file is important. It prove your ownership of the logo and it’s like you’re having a key for your own home.
What is stationery design include?
Generally it will include 2 sided of business card, letterhead & envelope design. Feel free to message me first if you need another designs.
What is social media kit include?
Profile picture and banner/cover design for your social medias e.g facebook, twitter, etc.
What do you available?

Once you make the order below, we’ll provide you with a simple document that will assist you to collect your requirements.
Here is what you’ll need to provide in order to register a limited company in Kenya;
– Unique company name – you’ll need to have company name suggestions (at least two names) that we can perform a name search to check its availability on eCitizen.
– Registered office – your company’s official address, company phone number (if any) and company email address (we can assist you to set-up one)
– Director information – full name, nationality, occupation, residential address, a copy of ID, a copy of KRA PIN Certificate, passport photo
– Shareholder/Share information – name, numbers of shares held, the value of shares
