What do I need to get started?

- Colors scheme and fonts if any.

Can i contact you before placing order to discuss my project?
Of course, just to make sure that we both are on the same page and also to make it clear that can I do that or not. If you are unclear about anything I will be happy to assist you.
Will I be able to modify my website easily?
Yes, your website will be fully editable. You will be able to perform tasks like add, edit, update and delete very easily. You will be able to edit the products description, prices and add new products accordingly. Also, you will be able to create unlimited pages and posts without any programming skills
What does the basic package involve?
The basic package is for 5 page design in a basic WordPress theme
Where are my website design files stored?
All your design files are conveniently and securely stored in your web hosting account.
Will I get a complete and functional website for Ksh. 15,000?
Yes, you will but the basic WordPress theme will have limitation such as payment platform integration, e-commerce and much more.
For a complete website, please order Pro package or contact us for a custom quote depending on your specific requirements.
When can I see a mock up? I am in a hurry!
If you are in a hurry, I strongly recommend purchasing Fast Delivery. I am unable to show a mock up unless the website design is actually created and I can only deliver that on due date.
What about site progress revisions and modifications?
After placing the order I will start working on it, once done I will upload it to my demo server where you will be able to examine the progress. Yes! you can ask for unlimited revisions. Once we get done with all the changes. I will shift the website to your domain and hosting.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
Yes, we do through our web hosting partner, Truehost.co.ke. They offer domain name and web hosting services for Ksh. 2,000.
Will the website be SEO / User Friendly?
Yeah absolutely! The website and it’s url structure will be fully search engine friendly. The website will be neat clean and user friendly as well.
Do you offer designing services e.g Logo Design, Business card etc?
Of course, I offer services for logo designing, business card designing, flyer designing , Banner designing and much more so do not hesitate to ask 🙂
What if I do not like any feature of my website? Will you make revisions?
In case there is any issue, please contact me within 12 days of the delivery. I will try to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility, if contacted with any issue after weeks, months or years!! Please note that I will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 12 days of delivery.
